We have integrated measure and control systems also in these environments, thus being able to plan and create heat systems which protect from heat, dirt and dangerous chemical substances.
The sensors, the cameras, and the optics are all variable according to their working spectrums (VIS, NIR and IR), dimensions, and heat exchange requirements. For this reason it is often necessary to have a customized protection system.
Systems which control the fusion furnaces or treatment must be protected from radiation and conduction through water/air.
By using adequate protection it is possible to shoot the image of the object at high temperature to measure its movements and speed in visible field (VIS)
It is also possible to measure its dimensions and position. In this case NIR (near infrared) emission is used.
